“Would you rather try something risky and fail, or try very little and succeed?”

I like this question and ask it of myself and my clients when sitting at the edge of change or transition. I believe that life is what we make it and risking mistakes is almost unavoidable when learning about ourselves and the world in which we live. People seek my services when they want a partner during times of growth, and personal or professional transition.

As a small business owner, artist, mother of two children, holistic healer and community volunteer, I bring a varied and rich array of skills, talents and insights to my clients’ processes.

After reading about the new profession of life coaching in 1996, a friend told me she felt that I have been an undeclared coach for many years. Because I was seeking a career transition, I pursued the program offered by Coach University, a virtual, internationally based training institute. I began my coaching practice the next year.

My clients and I explore all facets of their lives together as the coaching model is based in psychological, spiritual, and mental arenas. When addressing a person’s whole life, my background in diverse areas gives me the tools to facilitate my clients’ transitions.

In addition to providing one-on-one coaching, I facilitate group workshops to introduce people to the coaching process and take them deeper into specific areas of self-discovery.

As a partner to my clients, I share with them in a lighthearted way, listen without judgment, and help them awake to their hidden talents, gifts, and dreams. I keep as my goal to support them in accomplishing their intentions with a good amount of humor, fun and compassion.
